Ms. Fuller is a highly successful entrepreneur with experience in executive consulting, banking, and real estate. Her expertise in organizational analysis and market development has proven valuable to numerous Fortune 100 companies. Ms. Fuller is the co-founder and Principal Consultant of an executive consulting firm that has provided support to CEOs in finance, utilities, law firms, real estate sales, and pharmaceutical companies for over a decade.
In real estate, Ms. Fuller has emerged as a renowned investor and thought leader. Her company owns and manages a portfolio of residences that include town homes, condominiums, furnished executive rentals, apartment communities, and single development projects. Ms. Fuller has been featured in The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, Millionaire Mondays, and WTOP radio’s Real Estate talk show, and she is known for her uniquely effective strategies for improving under-performing properties.
Ms. Fuller is a founding organizer of Howard Bank, where she also serves as a Board Member. With other organizers in 2003, she raised start-up capital to successfully launch a community bank currently operating in the top tier of its peer class. In her capacity as director, she has provided guidance on matters of director performance evaluation, executive compensation and corporate governance.

Michael Conger has more than thirty years of experience in the areas of business law, tax law, employee benefits, and executive compensation. He has consulted with thousands of companies in the formation of business entities, corporate tax, individual estate planning, contracts, tax-exempt organization, and the design and operation of retirement, deferred compensation, and benefit plans. Mr. Conger is an equity shareholder and member of Board of Directors of Polsinelli Shalton Welte Suelthaus (PSWS) PC. He also leads the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice group of PSWS and is a member of their Corporate Law practice group.
Mr. Conger is a member of the American Bar Association, the ESOP Association and the Association of Objective Law, where he serves on the Board of Directors.
Ms. Black is active at every level in the enrollment management process. As a former recruiter and youth counselor, she has particular expertise in communications, and oversees the prospective student interview process.
She manages the enrolled student database, and works with the Dean of Students in Residence Life and Student Activities.
Ms. Black has more than 20 years of experience at the senior management level in real estate, finance, database maintenance, and human resources. She has been active throughout her career in counseling college-age youth and women in career development, professional advancement, and image consulting.
Over the past 10 years, Mr. Monteleone has developed a strong background in the world of finance. His most recent position as Chief Financial Officer for Corestar Financial Group enabled Mr. Monteleone to lead the strategic and financial direction of the company, manage banking and investor relations, as well as oversee the company's capital expenditure process. At Founders, Mr. Monteleone has oversight responsibility for accounting and finance, human resources and information technology.
Formerly Senior Vice President of Alloy Education, a division of Alloy Media + Marketing, Ms. Pennington was responsible for divisional sales and marketing, and the management and operations of a business unit which published one of the top career and college publications reaching more than 6.5 million students annually.
Prior to Alloy, Ms. Pennington was Vice President of University Relations for Widener University, a multi-campus institution with eight schools and colleges. She was responsible for marketing, public relations, events, and community, regional, and state government relations. She played a pivotal role in the development of collaborations among educational organizations and corporations within Pennsylvania and Delaware and was named 2002 Woman of Achievement in Business for her accomplishments.
She has more than twenty-six years of experience related to higher education, including research and consulting in enrollment management, marketing, public relations, publications, events, student mentoring programs, corporate collaborations, and strategic planning.
